During her speech, Zawisza powerfully criticized the fresh regulations, arguing that they would lead to a worsening of the patient situation.

You're taking money from patients. If the Minister of Finance has PLN 6 billion free, he should spend it on overexecution, which hospitals and clinics have already implemented," she stressed.

She besides referred to the situation of long-term care nurses, who, according to her report, learned that they would receive only half the funds due for over-executed benefits. They work hard to keep our loved ones cared for. Now they will gotta close their business, due to the fact that they do not get paid for the work done," she said.
