The president of PiS informed about the preparation of the bill, which would enable the Polish government... to prohibit the entry of citizens of selected states. If essential – he assured – president Karol Nawrocki will surely sign it.

– We propose to pass a law on the law of the Polish state to establish a list of countries whose citizens we do not accept," said Jarosław Kaczyński at a press conference organized at the Polish-German border in Rosówek. He added that this right would be exercised by the Minister of the Interior, publishing the applicable list by regulation.

Which countries are they? The tweet on the profile of the president of the Law and Justice on June 30 reads: "We request immediate action: a ban on entry into Poland for people from the mediate East and North Africa (...). The safety of Poland is not negotiable. adequate passiveness. Time to act!".

The leader PiS emphasized that this "method" is already in force in the US. He besides argued that it would be no problem to proceed with this act, due to the fact that both the current president Andrzej Duda and the future – Karol Nawrocki – "would surely sign it quickly".

Mariusz Błaszczak, Vice president of PiS, stressed on X that the bill had already been submitted to the marshal. "We anticipate the parliament to take care of him at the next meeting," he added.

Kaczyński hard on migrants. "If we were in power today, the Germans would not dare"

According to the leader of the Law and Justice Service, "it is unheard that 1 country, formally being in 1 military alliance and 1 organization specified as the European Union, push thousands of illegal migrants in a totally unfounded way." “We don’t truly know who, but people who can disrupt the safety of Poles and already in many cases disturb them,” he added.

In Kaczyński's opinion, the situation would be completely different if his organization were in power today. – If we were in power today, Germans would never dare do specified a thing. And if they dared, it would be an immediate reaction – he assured.

Jarosław Kaczyński's statements fell in the context of the decision of the Donald Tusk government, which announced on 2 July the temporary restoration of border controls with Germany and Lithuania. The checks are to apply from 7 July to 5 August, or for 30 days. As the Prime Minister explained, the intent of the Border Guard's actions will be to "effectively block unjustified, unauthorised return by the German side of migrants". On Sunday, an RCB alert was sent to citizens informing about the introduction of the check.

Jarosław Kaczyński announced at the border with Germany (in which the number of asylum applications has late decreased) that his group would be watching closely these checks. – We do not know whether it will be checks against those who are illegally transferred here or against those who are in front of these weapons – he stated. Let us add that earlier the Law and Justice had itself demanded "restore random checks".

Among the announcements of the erstwhile Prime Minister, there was besides a request for a referendum on migration policy. "We have collected over half a million signatures for a referendum request and we collect them further. Citizens should talk on this matter. This is the foundation of the plan we gotta defy this threat due to the fact that it is simply a substance of our sovereignty. Thank you to those who defend the Polish border" – we read in the study from the conference in Rysak on X.

"Such accidents will be more". Jarosław Kaczyński about the execution in Toruń

The Leader of Law and Justice besides referred to the case of the tragic death of Claudia K., a 24-year-old female attacked in June in Toruń by a 19-year-old Venezuelan citizen. A female died from a massive brain injury she suffered after impact.

– specified accidents will be much more if we do not argue it," said the president of the Law and Justice Office. He expressed hope that the perpetrator would "be given a life sentence."
