"I have a polite question to the Marshal of the Sejm" – he started his entry in Giertych, listing 7 points which, in his opinion, undermine the constitutional grounds for taking the office of president by Karol Nawrocki. Among them were doubts about the resolution of the Polish National Police Office, irregularities in the results from more than 20 electoral commissions and the deficiency of constitutional position of the home of Extraordinary Control.
Let us remind you that on 1 June she formally considered the President's election important. After finishing a two-hour gathering in charge of her work, Krzysztof Wiak stressed that "after examining the PKW study and after considering the protests, the Chamber felt that there was no grounds for questioning the results of the 1 June vote". The declaration of validity opened the formal way to Nawrock's presidency, which Roman Gierty did not hesitate to criticise harshly.
Gierty turned to Holownia. "On what basis does Mr. Marshal want to curse by Karol Nawrocki as president of Poland?"
Gierty reminded in his tweet that the PKW indicated in its study that "incidents may have had an impact on the result of the election", and the assessment of whether they actually had should be carried out by the ultimate Court Chamber, in which the alleged neojudges do not sit. He besides pointed out the opinion of Mr Ryszard Kalisz, a associate of the PKW, who, in his opinion, clearly stated that the provisions of the resolution of the committee meant that the election was not valid.
"[...] We know from the calculation of the votes of more than 20 committees that the results given by PKW on 2 June 2025 do not correspond to the truth, and the exact consequence of the election is unknown," Gierty continued and added, "[...] the opinions of scientists indicate an anomaly suggesting the impact of the origin of organization candidates to the regional electoral commissions on the consequence obtained in this committee by candidates for president of the Republic of Poland".
Mr Ko besides recalled that the Chamber of Control of the Extraordinary ultimate Court, which considered elections to be important, is not, according to the rulings of the 3 chambers of the SN, the TEU and the ETPCz, a court within the meaning of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland.
He besides pointed out that the resolution of this Chamber was published by the government stating that it was not issued by the court, which, according to the erstwhile Deputy Prime Minister, means that it does not meet the condition under Article 129 of the Constitution, according to which the validity of the presidential elections is decided solely by the ultimate Court.
Simon Holown's gathering with the PiS caused a storm. Roman Gierty didn't let him forget it.
At the end of Gierty, he wrote, "On what grounds does the Marshal want to curse by Karol Nawrocki as president of Poland? I kindly remind you that specified a legal basis is not even the most polite and most cosy request of president Jarosław Kaczyński."
This last conviction is simply a clear hint for the loud gathering of Marshal Holownia with PiS politicians, which occurred on Thursday night on Friday. According to "Fact", in the flat of Euro MP Adam Bielan, with whom Hołownia met, a limousine was besides seen, which was usually moved by PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński. Vice Marshal of the legislature Michał Kamiński besides arrived.
This gathering sparked a political storm and was criticized by KO politicians, including Senator Grzegorz Schetyna. besides Polish politicians 2050, the Holowna organization – although they stressed that the gathering "did not concern absolutely any controversial things" – were amazed by his circumstances.
The Holovnia commented on the substance Friday morning on platform X: "The increase and excitement associated with my gathering yesterday is neither justified nor indicated". He added that "he is 1 of the fewer politicians in Poland who regularly meets with representatives of both deadlyly quarreled camps", and the gathering was held late in the evening, as he only returned to Warsaw at 9:30 p.m. with duties in Gdańsk and Grudziądz.
Let us add that the talker of the Sejm had already taken his position on the issue of swearing in.
In an evening message on July 1, he wrote, "There are doubts about the position of the SN Extraordinary Control Chamber. There is no uncertainty who Poles chose. Therefore, at 6.08 I will call the National Assembly and take the presidential oath from Karol Nawrocki". "Every case of irregularities in the committees must carefully explain the prosecution. – he added.
