Sigismund Solorz does not lay down his weapon in dispute with children. Complaint and subsequent action

Sigismund Solorz appealed to the Constitutional Court of Liechtenstein a judgement favourable to his children in a second instance dispute over succession. In addition, he filed a separate suit concerning the Foundation's Rules of Procedure, which is crucial for ownership control over his companies.
