Persons entitled to a survivor's pension who are complete orphans or whose paternity has not been established may apply for a peculiar allowance paid by the Social Insurance Institution. As of March 1, 2026, this benefit is PLN 689.17 per month. The allowance shall be granted regardless of age, provided that the entitled individual continues to learn.
