The compromise proposed by the Minister of Justice is the fact that the National Court Registers will be able to stand as candidates for the promotion of the Council in its current form. The fresh task assumes, among others, that the members of the National Court registry will be elected by all judges in the elections conducted by the PKW. It besides establishes a fresh advisory body - the Social Council.
