Żurek: I do not regulation out that parties that encourage force will be banned

The head of MS, lawyer General Waldemar Żurek, told PAP that it does not exclude the fact that political parties of a chief character, which encourage force and violate the law, will be banned. However, he stressed that only the Constitutional Court in a legal composition can legalise the party.
