2026 Budget in the Tribunal: president wants the debt limit examined

The president signed the budget law for 2026, but besides referred it to the Constitutional Tribunal. He accuses the Sejm of cutting the amounts allocated to the Constitutional Tribunal and the National Council of the Judiciary, as well as exceeding the constitutional debt limit.
