Budget 2026 at the Court: president wants to examine the debt limit

The president signed a budget bill for 2026, but besides referred it to the Constitutional Court. He accuses of cutting the amounts allocated to the Constitutional Court and the National Judicial Council in the Sejm, but besides exceeding the constitutional debt threshold.
