Professor Adam Strzembosz died

We profoundly regret the farewell of prof. Adam Strzembosz.

Prominent lawyer, judge, First president of the ultimate Court from 1990 to 1998 and president of the Court of State, bachelor of the White Eagle, and above all of the steadfast advocate of the independency of the courts and the independency of the judges.

His life was a evidence to the courage, wisdom and service of the Republic.

Always actual to the principles of the regulation of law and human dignity, prof. Adam Strzembosz will stay for the full legal community a model of honesty, prudence and integrity in defending the values on which the democratic regulation of law is based.

We express our deepest sympathy to the household and the Middle.
