KRS before the Constitutional Court. The key decision for the Polish judiciary is coming

On 20 November, the Constitutional Tribunal appointed a proceeding on last year's amendment of the Act on the National Judicial Council. In June this year, after proceeding representatives of the president and the KRS, the proceeding was postponed without a deadline.
