The president of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski informed on 5 February that he had made a notification of the suspicion of the assassination of Prime Minister Donald Tusk, Marshal of the Sejm Simon Hołownia and Marshal of the legislature of Małgorzata Kidawa-Błońska. The investigation in this case was initiated by D.A. Michał Ostrowski.
