Former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro flew to Brussels on Thursday after almost a period in Budapest. The fresh survey shows that his Hungarian escapade is simply a problem for the PiS – as much as 59.7 percent of Poles think that Ziobra's departure is simply a visual burden on the party. In a letter to the erstwhile minister, he made a request «to immediately prohibit Solidarna Polska candidates from utilizing the Justice Fund in the election campaign».

Advocate General Anna Adamiak stated that this letter “in fact was a announcement of possible crime”. Kaczyński, however, has underestimated the matter. He told journalists in the Sejm: «I wrote simply to inform against – let's say – discrimination against PiS Members».

Ziobro himself said in 1 interview: «I intend to defend myself, I intend to usage the word, I intend to usage the truth». He called the full case «pure revenge of Tusk for investigations revealing gigantic theft in his surroundings».
