Małgorzata Manowska will not apply for another word as First president of the ultimate Court. Her current word of office is coming to an end, and in February, the General Assembly of SN Judges can identify candidates, among whom the president will elect a fresh head of this body. Manowska's decision marks a crucial change at the summit of 1 of the most crucial institutions of justice in Poland and ends speculations about its possible re-election.
