B. Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk of trying to "unlawful" his imprisonment - for a judicial bill. In his opinion, the arrest decision, after the Sejm had previously waived his immunity, was to be made by an exceptionally politicist activist.
