SAFE discussion or SAFE 0% is fundamentally a discussion about: the Union of Belarus, Russia and Poland or the United States of Europe? Tertium non datur. There's no 3rd way. Europe of the Fatherlands is simply a completely unreal thought at a time erstwhile China is in the world, is the US, is Russia. Even Germany, even France, cannot compete economically or militarily with these 3 countries. Only the United States of Europe makes sense.
