Ziobro was bragging about his weapon. Now he writes about “media manipulations”

On Monday, the Warsaw territory Court is to decide whether Zbigniew Ziobro will be forced before the Pegasus committee.

I pointed out that even though I have a legitimate weapon, there is no danger for police officers on my part. I said I'd follow their instructions and even have tea.“ He emphasized the politician.

As he pointed out, the fact that he has legal weapons and shoots is “a publically known fact”. He added that his message confirming this fact remained "tampered by government media".

“From the beginning my position was clear: I argue the unlawful actions of the rulers, but always I will take my actions within the limits of the law“ He said.

The erstwhile lawyer General besides referred to the September 2024 judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal and to another 2016 judgement in which it was ruled that the judgments of the authority were effective immediately after the announcement.
