Zelensky criticizes Minsk agreements. "Frozen conflict is simply a trap"

"The conclusion of the Minsk agreements was a trap that caused the conflict in east Ukraine to frost and allowed the aggressor to prepare for a full-scale war; there is no way to return to them," Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky was quoted as saying by the Ukrinform news agency on Saturday.
