Zelenski criticizes the Minsk agreements. "Frozen conflict is simply a trap"

"The conclusion of the Minsk agreements was a trap that caused the frost of the conflict in the east of Ukraine and enabled the aggressor to prepare for a full-scale war; it cannot be returned to them" - stated Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski, quoted on Saturday by Ukriformin agency.
