Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski admitted that adverse weather conditions importantly weakened Ukrainian anti-aircraft defence during the last Russian attack. According to the Ukrainian leader, the effectiveness of the defence decreased by 20-30 percent due to rain and fog.

"I would say that I believe that weather conditions have somewhat reduced the effectiveness of our actions - I think about 20-30 percent. I think it has given this effect, but nevertheless, if during the day we can almost completely reconstruct water supply, in my opinion there will besides be advancement towards more affirmative solutions for electricity" - said Zelenski during Friday's briefing.

Russian weather tactics
