Ukraine accelerates negotiations with Russia. The Secretary of the National safety and Defence Council of Ukraine Rustem Dyelow offered the Russians another gathering as early as next week. president Volodymyr Zelenski confirmed his willingness to talk at the highest level and announced another exchange of prisoners.
