The erstwhile abroad Minister of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, left his country just before the entry into force of the ban on departures for erstwhile diplomats. He presently resides in Krakow and has criticised the current Ukrainian authorities. As he claims, he had to leave the country secretly and at night.
