Pursued by prosecutorial charges, the erstwhile Minister of Justice, Zbigniew Ziobro, issued an ultimatum to the Polish government. In a message displayed at the PiS headquarters, he declared that he would appear in the country within a fewer hours if 3 conditions are met regarding the restoration of "legal power" in the courts and the prosecutor's office. Ziobro, whose immunity was revoked by the Sejm in connection with the allegations concerning the Justice Fund, refuses to appear before the bodies whose rules of the game, as he claims, are illegally set by Donald Tusk.
