On Friday at 2 p.m., a message by erstwhile Minister of Justice and lawyer General Zbigniew Ziobry will be held at the PiS office in Warsaw - the organization informed on social media. A politician who heard 26 allegations of irregularities in the functioning of the Justice Fund has been in Hungary for a long time.
Law and Justice representatives invited media for "a message by PiS Vice president Zbigniew Ziobry".
The communication did not specify whether the erstwhile head of the Justice Ministry would appear in Nowogrodzka in person. On Thursday, the media reported that Ziobro had left Hungary and was seen in Brussels.

Since the D.A.'s office formulated a message against Zbigniew Ziobry 26 charges on irregularities in the functioning of the Justice Fund and the Sejm voted in favour waiving his immunitythe politician of the Law and Justice organization did not appear in Poland.

As the D.A. reported in November, an investigation into the Justice Fund obtained evidence indicating a reasonable suspicion of a full of 26 crimes. The allegations presented to the politician concern inter alia the submission and management of "organised crime group for 5 years, as well as the setting and manual control of competitions for grants from the Justice Fund and the misappropriation of money obtained in this way".
On Friday, 7 November, Members voted in favour of the waiver of the Immunity Ziobrze. The Sejm besides agreed to his detention and arrest.
