The Minister of Justice gave the green light, and Parliament's approval is needed. The lawyer General Waldemar Żurek submitted to the Sejm a request for consent to the enlistment of the Minister of Justice, Mr PiS Zbigniew Ziobry, for criminal liability. The case concerns an investigation into the Justice Fund.
