Already next day (26 November) in the Constitutional Court there will be a proceeding on a case initiated by Małgorzata Manowska, I president of the ultimate Court. In her opinion, the provisions referring back to the retirement of SN judges who were 65 years of age and took office after 1 January 2019 are incompatible with the Constitution.
