This week, a letter was published by officers of the Trade Union Alternatywa in the National gross Administration (KAS), addressed to Prime Minister Tusk, which is in fact an indictment of the Minister of Finance Andrzej Domański and his associates liable for the treasury. This trade union brings together about 6 1000 officers out of about 11 1000 employed in the KAS, so over 50 percent of all in this administration, so there is no uncertainty that the findings contained in this letter reflect reality. The letter, apart from being an indictment, is besides an alarm signaling a decline in taxation discipline, a crucial increase in taxation crimes, and as a consequence a decline in taxation revenues and a deepening budget deficit.
