During the beginning of the 64th session of the 10th Parliament on Wednesday 2 September 2026, associate of the Polish People's organization Krzysztof Paszyk directed direct charges against the leaders of the Law and Justice and the Confederation.

The representatives of the people referred to the organization supervision of the capital and banking market, listing Jarosław Kaczyński, Przemysław Czarnek, Mariusz Błaszczak and Sławomir Mentzen:

"What is the connection between the Skoku, Getin Bank and cryptoafera? The participation of the PiS and the right. Mr. Błaszczak, Mr. Kaczyński, Mr. Czarnek, Mr. Mentzen, what or who made you so persistently block KNF's supervision of delicate institutions moving in the financial market?’

The speech sparked a loud outcry in the parliamentary benches of Law and Justice and the Confederacy, and the seismic cameras recorded the reactions of Jarosław Kaczyński and Przemysław Czarnek, who attempted to interrupt the speech of the PSL MP.

Charges concerning the financial scandal and criticism of the Confederate

In the following part of the speech, Krzysztof Paszyk linked irregularities in the financial sector, including the Cooperative Savings and Credit Funds, Getin Bank and the Zondacrypto platform, to the actions of the right-wing groups. The parliamentarian accused opposition politicians and president Karol Nawrock of disregarding the protection of citizens' property interests:

“Why for many years, Mr Czarnek, your political formation, to which the Confederacy and president Nawrocks joined, you had nothing and you have the financial interest of Poles, explain it.”

Mr PSL's speech was met with the immediate opposition of the politicians of Law and Justice, causing disturbances in the first phase of the plenary session of the Chamber.
