Łukasz Jankowski asked the candidates:

– "I want to thank the people of the Republic due to the fact that the last time we saw each other, I asked you to join the appeal to president Duda to block the harmful Tusk Act, which destroyed wellness care finances. We managed to convince president Duda together" – he said.
It was about veto law reducing the wellness contribution for entrepreneurswhich, according to critics, may have worsened the financial situation of the wellness services.
What was the veto bill expected to change?
The task envisaged an introduction two-elemental wellness contribution base:
- Flat-rate part – 9% of 75% of minimum wage,
- Percentage – 4.9% of income surplus over 1.5 times the average monthly wage (for traders accounting for a taxation scale or a linear tax).
The rules were to enter into force 2026, however, after the Sejm and the legislature were vetoed by president Andrzej Duda. Politicians spoke out against the bill Left and Laws.
