The ban on pharmacy advertising is inactive in force. The European Commission will discipline Poland?

The European Commission has initiated a procedure for Poland concerning the infringement of EU government on the prohibition of advertising of pharmacies. Poland is threatened with financial sanctions for failure to implement the judgement of the Court of Justice in this case.
