We remember perfectly how 14 years ago, on the first anniversary of the Smolensk tragedy, the Warsaw city services removed the "illegal" tulips, the favourite flowers of Maria Kaczyńska, the spontaneous arrangement by Poles along Krakowskie Przedmieście – the way which in 2010 took the conduct with Her coffin. We remember, that's why we put them again all year. I was there then, in 2011, and present it's an honor that I can submit them on behalf of the President.
