"Hospital points are not PR". Members afraid with the amendment of the civilian Protection Act

The Sejm's Committee on Administration and Home Affairs examined on Wednesday the Subcommittee's study on the amendment of the civilian Protection and civilian Defence Act. Although the paper has been accepted and will now go to second reading in the plenary, work on it has not been done without clear political tensions. The biggest excitement was the proposal to introduce a fresh category of infrastructure – alleged refuge points.
