Various rates of garage taxation - lower erstwhile it is part of a residential building, and higher erstwhile it is, for example, a free standing building - appealed to the Constitutional Court and president of SN Małgorzata Manowska. The rules were amended after the 2023 judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal, but, according to the complaint, this did not solve problems.
