President of the court punished by SN. The Court did not come to his rescue

The president of the Court had no right to bring a constitutional complaint against provisions which prevented him from appealing against the decision to punish him with a judicial punishment – the Constitutional Court acknowledged. The president Bogdan Święczkowski did not agree with this decision.
