Judgment of the Court of Justice: I president of the Court of Justice may appoint judges to justice outside their chambers

Margaret Manowska, I president of the ultimate Court, had the right to temporarily appoint certain SN judges to justice in 2 chambers at once. It does not matter, however, that the consent to specified a transfer within the SN did not express itself the interest. Nor is it impossible for judges to appeal it.
