There's a motion to waive the immunity of Żurk!

Mec. Krzysztof Wąsowski, representing the well-known lawyer Bartosz Lewandowski, applied to the ultimate Court to waive immunity to the lawyer General. This is the consequence of an indictment directed by Mr Lewandowski against Waldemar Żurk. The prosecution includes a “3-time slander” by the current Minister of Justice.
