Judges and lawyers who publically express doubts about the policy of the Ministry of Justice must face consequences. Although Adam Bodnar frequently speaks of “freeness of speech” as it comes to that, it turns out that tolerance to criticism has its limits – and it is rather narrow. This was proven by justice Kamila Borszowska-Moszowska, who was investigated for substantive criticism of justice.
