On average PLN 5 thousand, so much Polish payer recovered in this year's PIT accounts. In total, the taxation offices transferred a staggering 23 billion zlotys to citizens. For many, it is simply a origin for joy. But experts have no doubt. There is simply a systemic problem behind this evidence phrase.
