Once again, soldiers of the Illinois National defender came to the Territorial Defence Military Training Centre (CSWOT). The gathering aimed to discuss details of further cooperation and exchange of experience. respective thousands of Territorials from different Territorial Defence Brigades from all over the country participated in the courses held so far.
The Illinois State National defender is simply a key partner of the Territorial defence Army. Joint visits, both the CSWOT delegation to the United States and the arrivals of American soldiers to Toruń, confirm the increasing interest in intensifying cooperation with WOT. These activities, which have been conducted since 2021, are evidence of the trust and appreciation Poland gained in the eyes of its American allies.
“So far cooperation with American guards has allowed our soldiers not only to make fresh skills, but besides to exchange experiences. Thanks to cooperation with the 129th Regional Training Institute, we can make and intensify the training, as well as make fresh courses that will enable Polish Territories to grow the cognition already acquired," said Colonel Marcin Piwowarczyk, Commandant of CSWOT.
As part of their cooperation, Illinois National defender instructors supply courses in the field of anti-tank firefighting, first aid in the battlefield (Combat Medic), sniper training and combat field observers (Remote Field Observer). These courses will be conducted both at the Training Centre for Territorial Defence Forces and in another regions of Poland. respective twelve Territorials from different Territorial Defence Brigades will participate in each course.
Captain Eugeniusz Konopacki, Ps. “Trzask” Training Centre in Toruń, has been carrying out its tasks since 2018. It is simply a dynamically developing unit, with a advanced state of completion of training staff. He prepares soldiers of the Territorial Military Service and professional soldiers to service as commanders and instructor-specialist in the structures of the Territorial Defence Brigade.
