As stated in the Communication General Staff of the Polish Army, it is the facilities, excluded from usage in years 2015–2024. "This decision is the consequence of a comprehensive review of the training base of the Armed Forces of Poland, in which peculiar attention was paid to the objects utilized for shooting training" - it was written.

It has been reported that out of 26 decisions excluding shooting ranges were submitted 17 requests for repeal. Three, the facilities have been restored to operation, and the next six are waiting to complete the processing process.
