On 24 February, Małgorzata Manowska set the deadline for the General Assembly of ultimate Court Judges to appoint candidates for the position of First president of the ultimate Court. A fewer days earlier, she had made a proposal to the Constitutional Court to require the president to get a countersignature of the Prime Minister in decisions specified as the appointment of a justice president to specified a assembly.
