The wars are won by soldiers, but in order to win, scientists must first supply them with a technological advantage. At the Russian threat, military-oriented investigation programmes are being developed in countries specified as France, the UK, Germany.
Nothing like this happens in our country. On the contrary, the cost of investigation is falling. Once, the probability of obtaining a grant was 25%, now little than 10%. Polish discipline is on a downward slope.
At least a fewer technologies are being developed in my laboratory, which in 2 or 4 years would let you to get equipment highly militaryly attractive. We presented this information to the Ministry. Was anyone interested? Did he start discussing with us how could the improvement of fresh technologies be accelerated?
As you can guess, the answers are negative.
