Witness refuses to come to the investigative committee. He wrote to Hołownia

Bogdan Święczkowski will not appear at the proceeding before the Pegasus Investigative Committee - he informed in a letter to Szymon Hołownia. The president of the Constitutional Tribunal was the national prosecutor at the time of the acquisition of this Israeli software. Święczkowski pointed to the Constitutional Tribunal's judgement of September 2024, which considers the resolution establishing the Sejm body to be unconstitutional. In his opinion, the investigative committee is interfering in the court's activities.
