Bogdan Święczkowski will not attend the proceeding in front of the Pegasus committee of enquiry - he informed in a letter to Szymon Holownia. The president of the Constitutional Tribunal was a national prosecutor at the time of acquisition of this Israeli software. Święczkowski pointed to the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal of September 2024, which considers the resolution setting up the Sejm body as unconstitutional. In his opinion, the committee of enquiry interferes with the actions of the court.
