"Bloomberg" published a transcript of Steve Witkoff's telephone conversation, a peculiar envoy of the U.S. president and Yuri Ushakov, advisor to Vladimir Putin. It follows that Witkoff not only advised the Kremlin how Trump would approach, but that Russia could be the real author of the peace plan that the U.S. government prepared for Ukraine.
