Will the Polish astronaut have a chance to vote in the second circular of elections?

In an interview with TVN24 BiS reporter Hubert Kijk, Dr. Slawosz Uznański-Wiśniewski talked about how the quarantine before flying to the ISS affects the anticipation of voting in the upcoming second circular of the presidential election. A Polish astronaut, however, will not be able to vote. However, he appealed to everyone to go to the polls.
