U.S. Deputy Treasury Minister Wally Adeyemo said Saturday in a conversation with his Turkish counterpart Yunus Elitas that Russian citizens and business entities are trying to usage Turkey to bypass Western sanctions imposed in connection with Moscow's aggression against Ukraine, the Reuters agency said.
