It's time for an "agricultural CPK" - says Deputy Minister of Agriculture Michał Kołodziejczak about the plan to build a port in Ukraine and lease land in that country for Polish state-owned companies. He claims that he has the support of erstwhile president Aleksander Kwaśniewski.
