Will a soldier take his service weapon home? The Ministry of National defence explains what conditions must be met

Will volunteer soldiers of the Territorial defence Forces be able to keep their service weapons at home, or possibly they will be able to usage private weapons during military training? This is the solution advocated by Confederation MPs. What does the Ministry of National defence gotta say about this?
