On Thursday, the Sejm adopted a resolution on the safety of the Republic of Poland. The resolution endorsed the European Parliament resolution of 12 March on the strengthening of the EU's defence and considered 1 of its provisions on the Shield Programme to be peculiarly important.
The resolution was opposed to the MPs: PiS, Confederacy and Republican circles. Previously, Euro MPs PiS and Confederation voted against the EP resolution on defence reinforcement.
