
President Karol Nawrocki plays an increasingly crucial function in the Law and Justice camp. According to the latest poll, his influence in the organization is increasing, although inactive dominated by Jarosław Kaczyński.
Nawrocki won the election on 1 June, while on 6 August he was officially sworn into office. The erstwhile president of the Institute of National Memory competed with the support of Law and Justice, and now there are many politicians in his staff.
Almost half of Poles do not believe that the current president will become independent of PiS and Jarosław Kaczyński – specified conclusions come from the United Surveys poll for the WP. Many Poles feel that they will inactive be close to the party.
The beginning of Nawrocki's presidency was impressive. He vetoed respective laws, organized the Cabinet Council, met with Donald Trump in the US, and then with the leading politicians of Italy, Finland and Lithuania.
Nawrocki's influence in the Law and Justice is increasing
According to the SW investigation poll for Onetu, Kaczyński is inactive seen as the leader of the PiS. 50.8% of the respondents indicated him as the actual leader, while Nawrocki placed 22.6% of the respondents. 12.7 percent of respondents believe that the Law and Justice Office does not have a clear leader and 13.9% do not have an opinion on this.
