For 20 years KOPIPOL has been fighting to cover the reprographic fee of computers, tablets or smartphones. Finally, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage has prepared a draft regulation which provides for specified a solution, but at the same time deprives the said organisation of the right to charge.
