On 5 June 2025, on the pages of the ultimate Court, the "Statement of the First president of the SN on the disinformation of the public by the Minister of Justice and another politicians, on the appointment of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs in deciding the validity of the election of the president of Poland". In this position, the First president of the ultimate Court, Dr. Małgorzata Manowska, gave an explanation which, in her opinion, the Chamber of ultimate Court has the right to find the validity of the election of the president of the Republic of Poland.
