On June 5, 2025, the ultimate Court published the "Position of the First president of the ultimate Court on the disinformation of public opinion by the Minister of Justice and another politicians regarding the authority of the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs to regulation on the validity of the election of the president of the Republic of Poland". In this position, the First president of the ultimate Court, Dr. Hab. Małgorzata Manowska, provided explanations as to which (in her opinion) Chamber of the ultimate Court has the right to regulation on the validity of the election of the president of the Republic of Poland. The ultimate Court has so far received 28 protests against the election of the president - Monika Drwal from the ultimate Court press squad informed PAP on June 9, 2025. The deadline for submitting protests is June 16. The first 2 protests will be considered by the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs on Tuesday, June 10 this year.
